Hoistway-Door
Locking Device- Exceeds the requirement of ANSI
A17.1 Part V. Our locking system positively prevents
the possibility of opening a door from the landing side
even though the car is not at the landing. |

Unit- The original CEMCOLIFT Power Unit was as quiet
as a broken refrigerator. Advanced measuring instrumentation
and subsequent design changes now permit our power units
to operate "quieter" than a lawnmower. |

Rails- Our
elevator is guided on commercial quality machined "T"
guide rails. Ride quality is further enhanced by the
use of urethane-tired roller guides, with seated/lubricated
for life bearings. |
